Terri Morris – Too Cute

Hi there, Terri here with you today.
What to do when you have a bold and busy patterned paper that you love and want to showcase but it’s a little too much to use as a whole background?

The answer is to add a bright white or black background cut file like the ‘Cracked Glass’ one available as both digital and pre-cut in the shop.  

I still wanted to see plenty of the bold Heidi Swapp ‘Color Fresh’ patterned paper so I grouped my photos and embellishments to the central area of the 12×12 inch layout. Finished off with a splash of gold ink and some heart acrylic pieces.

Anyone else like using random embellishments? Do you remember my floral flamingo from my last page? Well this time I’ve added a scooter, although it is slightly more relevant as the Casa Particular where these photos were taken owned a scooter.
